When God Gives You Four Days

A week ago, three significant moments converged on a single day:
I celebrated a new year of life.
I launched this website.
I stepped into a journey I never saw coming.
All while being held, led, and backed by the Holy Spirit.
Let me tell you a story about impossibility—and the God who delights in defying it.
The Impossible Assignment
Four days before my birthday, I felt it. That unmistakable stirring in my spirit—the kind you cannot ignore, cannot rationalize away, cannot schedule for a more convenient season. The instruction was crystal clear: Build a website. Launch it on your birthday. Include these specific services and offerings.
When I say "build," I mean I literally constructed it from scratch. By myself. With these two hands.
For context: I am a Biochemist and Business Administrator by training. Website development? That was never in the curriculum. My shock was... considerable.
I will be honest with you—my first response was not faith. It was doubt wrapped in practicality. This is not possible. Not in four days. Not by me. But the more I sat with the instruction, the more I knew: this was not a suggestion. This was an assignment. And when God assigns, He also equips.
The Unexpected Preparation
Here is where the story gets beautifully ironic.
Weeks earlier, I had attended an AI fundamentals bootcamp organized by my church. I was fascinated by the possibilities—prompting, problem-solving, all of it. But my sister-friend and I made it abundantly clear in class: we were not interested in website building. That was not our focus. In fact, I still have not published the website project from that bootcamp because I wanted it to be perfect—all nice and shiny.
God must have smiled at that declaration.
Because suddenly, there I was—four days from launch—needing to build a fully functional website with no prior experience, no fancy templates giving me what I needed, and no backup plan.
Except I did have a backup plan. I had Him.
The Blueprint and the Build
The Holy Spirit gave me a blueprint. Not a vague idea—a blueprint. Then He did what He does best: He met me in the process. He held my hand. He gave me the right questions to ask my AI companions. He turned my confusion into clarity, my hesitation into momentum.
And together—God, me, and the tools He had already prepared—we built something out of absolutely nothing.
What I thought would take months happened in days. What I believed required expertise happened through obedience. What looked impossible became inevitable the moment I said yes.
The Lesson I Am Still Learning
Here is what I know now with unshakable certainty: God will do what He wants to do. Our job is not to understand the entire plan. Our job is to listen—and to run when we receive the vision.
When doubt whispers that you are unqualified, remember this: your confidence does not come from your resume. It comes from being backed by the One who calls you. And with Him? Nothing—absolutely nothing—is impossible.
So if He has given you an instruction that seems absurd, a timeline that feels unreasonable, or a vision that makes no logical sense, do not dismiss it. Do not delay it. Do not wait until you feel ready.
Just obey. He will handle the rest.
Until the next one, stay confident in THE ONE who has called you to ALL POSSIBLE MISSIONS.
Your God-backed friend,
Adebimpe
