About these terms
These terms govern your use of adebimpyl.com and any services or digital products purchased through it. Adebimpyl's Corner is a business name registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria, operated by Adebimpe Otutuloro and based in Lagos, Nigeria. By using this website or purchasing from it, you agree to these terms.

Descriptions, inclusions and prices for each are set out on the relevant service page and may change. The terms that apply to your purchase are those shown at the time you buy.
Booking and payment

Sessions are booked through the website and confirmed once payment is received

Retainer engagements begin with a discovery call. Scope and price are confirmed in writing afterwards, and the engagement begins once terms are agreed and the first payment is received

The retainer carries a minimum engagement of three months

Where a deposit applies, work begins only after the deposit has been received

Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise stated. International payments are accepted, and any currency conversion or bank charges are your responsibility

Invoices are payable by the date stated on them
Rescheduling and cancellation

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

If we need to reschedule, you will be offered the earliest available alternative or a full refund of that session
Your responsibilities
The quality of consulting work depends on the information and participation you bring to it. You agree to:

Hold the necessary rights to any content, data or materials you share with us

Intellectual property
All content on this website, and all frameworks, methodologies, workbooks, templates, roadmaps and other materials created by Adebimpyl's Corner, remain our intellectual property.
When you purchase a digital product or receive materials as part of an engagement, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own purposes or those of your organisation. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share publicly, or create derivative works from them without written permission.
Materials shared with you during a client engagement are provided for use within that engagement and may not be shared outside your organisation.
Any content, data or business information you share with us remains yours.
Confidentiality
Information you share during a consulting engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law. We may refer to the general nature of work performed in marketing materials only where you have given permission, and never in a way that identifies you or discloses confidential details without agreement.
No guarantee of results
Consulting services and digital products are provided to support your decision-making. We bring professional experience and judgement to the work, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your circumstances, your resources, and how recommendations are implemented. Nothing on this website or in any engagement constitutes a guarantee of any particular business, financial, career or other result.
Nothing provided constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical or investment advice. You should seek appropriately qualified professional advice before acting on matters of that kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any service or product is limited to the amount you paid for that service or product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data, business or opportunity, however arising.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end a retainer engagement by giving 30 days' written notice, subject to the three-month minimum term. Fees for the notice period and any minimum term remaining are payable. We may end an engagement immediately where there is non-payment, abusive conduct, or a request to act unlawfully or unethically.
Third-party platforms and links
The website uses third-party platforms for bookings, payments and digital product delivery, and may link to external sites. Those platforms and sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
