Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with what you buy from Adebimpyl's Corner. Because we sell a mix of live services and digital products, different rules apply to each. Please read the section that matches your purchase.

Digital products

Workbooks, planners, templates and other digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed. For that reason, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

We make an exception where:

A technical fault prevents you from accessing or downloading the product and we are unable to resolve it
You were charged more than once for the same product in error
The product delivered is materially different from what was described at the point of purchase

If any of these apply, contact contact@adebimpyl.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and we will put it right, by re-delivery, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing, and contact us with any questions beforehand.

Strategy Sessions

Rescheduling: you may reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours' notice
Cancellation with more than 48 hours' notice: full refund, or credit toward a future session, whichever you prefer
Cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice: no refund, though we will do our best to reschedule as a courtesy where circumstances allow
Non-attendance without notice: no refund, and the session is treated as delivered
If we cancel or reschedule: you will be offered the earliest available alternative or a full refund

Once a session has taken place, it cannot be refunded, as the service has been delivered.

The Operations & Strategy Retainer

The retainer carries a minimum engagement of three months, agreed before the work begins.

Monthly fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once the month has begun, as capacity has been reserved for you
Either party may end the engagement by giving 30 days' written notice, subject to the minimum term
Fees for the notice period and any remaining minimum term are payable
If we are unable to deliver an agreed session or deliverable within a given month and cannot reschedule it within that month, that portion of the fee will be credited to the following month

Presentation design and other project work

A 70% deposit is required before work begins and is non-refundable once design work has started, as time and capacity have been committed
If you cancel before any work has begun, the deposit is refundable in full
The balance is payable before final files are delivered
Revisions are limited to the number stated in the package you purchased. Additional revisions may be quoted separately
Cancellation after work has begun does not entitle you to a refund of the deposit, though any work completed to that point will be shared with you

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be transferred to another person.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us first. We would much rather resolve it directly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of access to services or products.

How to request a refund

Email contact@adebimpyl.com with:

Your name and the email address used at purchase
The product or service purchased, and the date
The reason for your request

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Any transaction or currency conversion fees charged by third parties are non-refundable.
