This is ongoing operational consulting. I work alongside you to diagnose your business systems, design better processes, integrate AI tools where they create real efficiency, and make sure your operations are built to support growth rather than slow it down. Every engagement starts with this 30-minute discovery call to understand your situation and scope the work properly. From there, we work together for a minimum of 3 months - because meaningful operational change takes time. Month one is diagnosis and foundations. Month two is implementation. Month three is where things start to compound. The result is operations that hold. With systems that work even when you're not in the room. What's Included (core): Two strategy syncs per month (60 minutes each). Process documentation and workflow design. AI tool integration where applicable. Priority WhatsApp access during business hours. Monthly written progress review. Starting from ₦250,000/month | Minimum 3-month engagement. International clients: from $500/month.
